About Nick Lancaster

Thirty years of IT Support and Projects delivered with enthusiasm, professionalism and intelligence. Vires Acquirit Eundo.

“In 1982 when I got access to my first computer, a trusty BBC Model B, I knew what I wanted to do.

The end user of Information Technology is my customer. The hardware, software and services I provide to my customers must make their role easier to complete and give them an advantage over our competitors.

My career in IT Support began in 1988 and I have had the opportunity to work for organizations on both sides of the Atlantic who are leaders in their markets. These experiences have allowed me to appreciate the variety of services Information Technology can provide to ensure an organization succeeds.

I am a Certified Computer Forensic Examiner through the Information Assurance Certification Review Board (IACRB) and I am an active member of InfraGard. I have signed the UK Official Secrets Act. I am especially interested in digital OPSEC and PERSEC, cyber security and digital forensic examination.

The purpose of Information Technology is to improve the speed, quality, accuracy and efficiency of a process. My role is to ensure my customers can use the tools I provide them and to treat them with respect, understanding and service.”
